DECATUR, Ga. -- The widow of a Dunwoody father slain last November has been subpoenaed to testify in the divorce case of the accused killer.
Andrea Sneiderman would be deposed on June 21 and asked to testify about the nature of her relationship with accused murderer Hemy Neuman.
Neuman is jailed, charged for the murder of Rusty Sneiderman as he dropped off his child at a Dunwoody daycare.
Neuman's estranged wife, Ariela, says her husband and Andrea Sneiderman were having an affair in the months leading up to Rusty Sneiderman's slaying.
Ariela Neuman's attorney, Esther Panitch, has alleged in court documents obtained by 11Alive News, Neuman put his family on an austere budget so he could spend money on Sneiderman, taking her to Colorado and to Europe in the months before the murder.
