DECATUR, Ga. -- Ariela Neuman, the estranged wife of Dunwoody daycare murder suspect Hemy Neuman has taken the stand in a motions hearing.
When she took the stand, Ariela did not look at her estranged husband.
Among the her first responses, when asked about her relationship with her husband, Ariela replied, "I am his wife."
She said she had given police "full permission" to search her home after the arrest of her estranged husband.
"I gave them permission to take everything they wanted," she said.
Hemy Neuman moved out of the home in October 2010. He is accused of shooting Rusty Sneiderman to death outside a daycare in Dunwoody on November 18, 2010.
