Andrea Sneiderman attorneys want some charges dropped | News
DECATUR, Ga. -- Andrea Sneiderman's attorneys attempted to convince Judge Gregory Adams to dismiss 13 of the 16 charges she faces.
Sneiderman's legal team claimed some of the charges are too vague during a hearing Thursday.
Prosecutors claim Sneiderman plotted with Hemy Neuman to kill her husband Rusty outside a Dunwoody daycare center in 2010. Neuman was found guilty last year and sentenced to life in prison without parole.
