DECATUR, Ga. -- Andrea Sneiderman is asking a judge if she can visit the gravesite of her husband Rusty Sneiderman, whom she's accused of conspiring to kill.

Attorneys filed the motion in court on Friday. They're asking the judge in her upcoming murder trial for permission to observe Yahrtzeit, a Jewish religious observance that takes place on the anniversary of a loved one's death.
