DECATUR, Ga. -- Andrea Sneiderman is asking a judge if she can visit the gravesite of her husband Rusty Sneiderman, whom she's accused of conspiring to kill.

Attorneys filed the motion in court on Friday. They're asking the judge in her upcoming murder trial for permission to observe Yahrtzeit, a Jewish religious observance that takes place on the anniversary of a loved one's death.

Rusty was killed on November 18, 2010 outside his son's Dunwoody daycare center.
Andrea has been placed on house arrest in connection with his death. Her former boss Hemy Neuman was sentenced to life in prison for Rusty's murder.
