On Tuesday, DeKalb County Superior Court Judge Gregory Adams set the bond after Sneiderman's attorneys said she wasn't a flight risk and would follow instructions not to contact witnesses.
Sneiderman was indicted Aug. 2 on charges of malice murder and criminal attempt to commit murder in the Nov. 18, 2010 killing of her husband Rusty Sneiderman. He was gunned down shortly after dropping off the couple's son at the preschool.
Hemy Neuman, Andrea Sneiderman's former boss, was found guilty of killing Rusty and sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Sneiderman maintains she's innocent, and her lawyer Tom Clegg said they expect she will be exonerated at trial.
