Hosting live last week from two Kroger locations in Lawrenceville and Decatur, V-103 and 1380-WAOK teamed with State Farm to raise more than $28,026 for Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless (HFTH), to bolster the organization's mission to fight hunger with holidays approaching.

Multi award-winning rapper B.O.B, originally from Decatur, dropped by to donate $10,000 of his own money; while the community, local business members and listeners came out in droves to donate money, food and clothing items.

HFTH is the largest food bank within the Atlanta region, providing food to thousands of people everyday; and 180,000 people annually.

Donations are accepted year-round -and not just on the holidays. Log on to V-103.com, or WAOK.com. To make donations online, log on to www.HoseaFeedTheHungry.com/donations
